Partner Programme Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in the Hydō Partner Programme, operated by Hydo Labs Ltd ("Hydō", "we", "us"). By signing up as a Community Affiliate, Founding Athlete, or Hydō Athlete ("you", "Partner"), you agree to these terms.

You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent, or representative of Hydō. Nothing in this programme creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on any commission earned.

• You'll receive a unique referral code/link. Commission is earned on completed, non-refunded orders placed using your code.
• Current commission rates: 10% (Community Affiliate), 15% (Founding Athlete), 20% (Hydō Athlete).
• Commission is calculated on the order subtotal, excluding shipping and taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Rates may change with reasonable notice; changes apply going forward only.

• Commission is paid on the 1st of each month, for orders placed at least 30 days prior (e.g. a payout on 1 October covers orders from August, once fully clear of the refund window), provided the balance owed exceeds £20. You'll need to add your PayPal email address in your affiliate dashboard to get paid.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment on orders later refunded, cancelled, or found to involve fraudulent activity.

• Referral counts are cumulative and tracked automatically. Tiers upgrade automatically once thresholds are met (50 referred sales for Founding Athlete, 100 for Hydō Athlete).
• Hydō may invite individuals directly into any tier at its discretion.
• We reserve the right to review tier status periodically to ensure ongoing active participation.

As a Hydō partner, you agree to:

• Represent the brand honestly — no misleading health claims, no guarantees of performance or medical outcomes.
• Only make claims about the product that are consistent with our official marketing materials and UK ASA/CAP Code requirements.
• Not bid on "Hydō" or close variants in paid search advertising.
• Not use spam, misleading links, or incentivised/fake reviews to drive referrals.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship with Hydō where required by advertising standards (e.g. #ad or #affiliate on relevant posts).

• Any content you create featuring Hydō (posts, videos, reviews) remains your property.
• By tagging or sharing Hydō, you grant us permission to repost/share that content on our own channels with credit to you.
• Any separate paid sponsorship or content-licensing arrangement (e.g. for use in Hydō's own ads) will be covered by a distinct written agreement, not these terms.

Either party may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, with written notice (email is sufficient). Commission earned on valid orders prior to termination will still be paid out.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
